Bolstered by Textile Infrastructure
KORTEX 2006 will be held from May 16 to 19,
2006 at EXCO. About 300 companies are expected
to participate in the exhibition, setting up
some 800 booths. More than 1,000 buyers are
expected to visit the show, which will showcase
the future of the textile industry.
A part of sewing machinery field has merged
with KORTEX making the expo an even more comprehensive
textile machine fair.
KORTEX will attract a large group of manufacturers
from Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province, where 55
percent of Korea¡¯s textile machine industry
is located.
Buying power is expected to be higher than at
any other previous shows. Also, KORTEX is expected
to be the foothold for participants to enter
new markets like Vietnam, which are emerging
as potential players in the textile industry.
