Under the motto of Springing Force, Full of fun 150 performances and 10 exhibitions, 10 competitions, and a gifts show are planned for the festival. For mask dance performances, one of the main event of the festival, 13 national performance groups and eight overseas teams, including ones from France and Germany, will be showing off of their splendorous performances.

Visitors also can enjoy many other spectacular folklore performances, which has been performed by the people of Andong and near areas for hundred years; Chajeon-nori, Notdaribalkki, Sonyou Julbul Nori, and Yangju-sonolum-gut. Guests can be a part of the festival by participating in and experiencing some events themselves. Those events are do the Maskdance, drawing the performance, make-your-own-mask competition, carving totem pole, and experience pottery making.
