Charge for Overtime Use	In case of using the exhibition halls over the standard time(09:00~21:00), an extra charge, 10% of daily rent, will be added per hour. However, the charge for overtime use does NOT exceed the daily standard rent.

Note

1. For partial renting of an exhibition hall,

a) One half() of daily standard rent will be charged in case leasing space is less than one half().

b) The daily standard rent will be charged when an extra charge, 20% of standard rent, exceeds
the daily standard rent.

2. In case discount rates by month and by scale are applicable, the higher discount rate only will be
applied.

3. The rates of discount and extra charge are applicable to the standard rent and the charge for
overtime use.

4. Deposit for management expenses: over 40% of standard rent.
